In plant training beximco part -I


Introduction:
Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited is one of the leading corporate house of the country. It has a handsome amount of work force led by the HRD. Different jobs are done by this department for a smooth running of the industry. Some important jobs of the department are discuss below-
1.      Recruitment of personnel with appropriate qualification as well as experience to fill all the position that has an effect upon quality. Different standards are considered for different positions.
2.      Assist new employees to complete joining activities and ensure placement of new comers.
3.      To arrange, induction-training program (orientation program) for new employees after joining each employee is introduced with all of the departments and their functions to know about company operation.
4.      Prepare and Coordinate internship program for the students of different universities.
5.      Prepare monthly Human Resources Inventory Report of the plant. It includes director to daily labor of the company.
6.      Maintain and update personnel files of all employees monthly. Such as confirmations of job, increment, promotion, transfer & other letters is adjusted in the file.
7.      Supervise and monitor employee attendance job cards regulator and prepare monthly summary and daily absent report etc.
8.      Monitor leaves of plant employees. Each employee has a leave file that integrate all kinds of leaves like-
                         i.        AL (Annual leave)
                        ii.        ML (Medical leave)
                        iii.       CL (Casual leave)
                        iv.       Special leave
                        v.       Maternity leave
                        vi.      Leave without pay etc.
                            
9.      Inform managers and employees regarding,  personnel policies and
Procedures   of the company.
10.  Coordinate and monitor performance appraisals of plant employees. By this manpower is classified and facilitated. Appraise performance of the employee annually.
11.   Assess the training needs of personnel in light with cGMP (current goods manufacturing practice) and others related HRD issues.
12.   Deal with in industrial related issues like negotiation with employees union, ensure the labour rights etc.
13.   Ensure proper implementation of labor laws applicable to factory workers and employees.
14.  Disciplinary action including suspension, punishment and termination.
15.   Ensure healthy labor management relationship for smooth & production.
16.   Maintaining liaison with Government Regulatory bodies. HRD collaborates  with     the following bodies for the legal aid, helps in any regulatory case-

·         Ministry of industry.
·         Office of Directors of Labor.
·         Explosive departments.
·         Director of fire and the fire station of Tongi.
·         Tongi Thana, NSI, DB and SB.
·         Customs and Vat, Tongi circle.
·         Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Gazipur.
·         Office of the Superintendent of Police, Gazipur.
·         Civil Surgeon, Gazipur.
                                                                                              
17.   Ensure safety of all employees and company assets.
18.   Ensure proper security management of the plant.
19.   Handle external visitor & arrange necessary uniforms & other accessories.
20.   Supervise transport pool (Distribution, Repair, Maintenance ,etc.)
21.   Supervise over all cleansing services of all plant (House keeping, gardening etc.)
22.  Canteen facilities
