Shizuoka is a lovely seaside multicultural residential area where people from many other Asian countries live for work and study. Thus, it is important to know the stores that sell daily essentials, particularly grocery items for foreigners.

Here is a brief outline of the Asian groceries.

1. Shizuoka Ceylon Food

It contains various types of Asian spices, namely cassia (cinnamon), coriander, chiles, cloves, cumin, galangal, garlic, ginger, star anise, and turmeric.
It also contains various halal snacks like chanachur, biscuits, juices, fuska, masala etc. Halal roti, paratha, singara, samucha are also available.
Halal meats like mutton ( Padma halal), ship, chicken( JCB), and different types of sweets are available.

এখানে ভেড়ার গোস্ত, মাছের আইটেম, সাবু দানা পাবেন। এনারা  মুলিমদের হালাল হারাম সম্পর্কে তেমন একটা জ্ঞান রাখেন না।   তবে আপনি সময় নিয়ে খুজলে হালাল সিল যুক্ত নুডুলস, বিস্কিট, ওয়েফার, চিপস পেতে পারেন।

এখানে  মূলত ফলের আইটেম ( কাঁঠাল, আম, ডাব) কাচা বাদাম পাবেন। এই দকানে মাছ আছে কিন্তু সেগুলি হালাল নয় এমন আইটেম যেমন, পাতিহাস, ব্যাং ইত্যাদির সাথে রাখা। আর এনারা  মুলিমদের হালাল হারাম সম্পর্কে তেমন একটা জ্ঞান রাখেন না।   তবে আপনি সময় নিয়ে খুজলে হালাল সিল যুক্ত নুডুলস, বিস্কিট, ওয়েফার, চিপস পেতে পারেন।
